Excellent growler! First, it keeps water cold for a long time (I did not try testing the hot water yet). Second, I like the side handle, it's very convenient. Third, the rubber on the bottom is a nice feature, preventing the bottle from slipping on the counter / table. Finally, the opener is easy to open and close, and no leaks. It's a perfect size too.

Took this on a camping trip and packed it full of ice & with what water would fit. I didnt open it up for almost 24 hours and it was still 3/4 of the way full of ice and very cold inside. Poured out a few cups, then next day came back and it still had some ice in it. It was never kept in a refrigerator or cooler at this point. After finishing off the initial water on day 3, I used it for a water jug for my dogs collapsible bowl on the road. Held up great!Yesterday I filled it and refrigerated it at home. No ice. I dont have AC in my apartment and the water is still fairly cool this morning. Best deal for a half gallon water bottle out there.

For tea and coffee for the day. Keeps the liquid nice and HOT. Cold held pretty good even on really hot days. Just add a bit more ice than normal I would recommend. Very durable! Dropped many times……

[Edit] I purchased another of these and had much better luck. It would easily hold ice for 24 hours or more in a hot car. Later on I tried using my original one and it, too, worked great. I don't understand why it improved - user error, I guess. I have noticed after a few uses that they hold their temperature much better if the liquid isn't in contact with the cap. So we're now at 4 stars (up from one). My one remaining complaint is that the neck is a bit on the small side compared to other growlers I've had, which sometimes makes it difficult to fill up with larger ice cubes. Other than that, I now highly recommend.I filled mine with ice water and within two minutes the sides of the growler became cold to the touch. All the ice melted within 6 hours in a hot car (compare that to my previous growler which would keep ice for at least 24 hours under the same condition). Either there's no vacuum or maybe the inner and outer walls are touching in some areas. I was going to exchange it for an identical one, but after seeing several similar recent reviews I'm going with a different brand.

This is made SO rugged and keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold all day - and then some.

Size is perfect for sharing contents with others. Won’t leak when on its side.

This growler keeps drinks ice cold and if I leave ice in it, it won’t melt fully even if I leave the lid open overnight. I use this for hot yoga and it keeps my water + electrolytes ice cold in 104 degree temperature for an hour. Highly recommended!
