Excellent for gray coverage. Very easy to use. No harsh smell. I like this better than the traditional henna I used to use. Used it in my locs, worked very well. I purchased the deep red, was darker than an I anticipated (than the powdered henna I've used in the past) still satisfied. I will choose differently next time. Will purchase again.

This stuff works exactly as advertised. I was shocked. If anything weird happens after this initial review, update. Hopefully it’s all smooth sailing.My whole head is white, and I’ve been coloring it back to black since my 20’s, and I’m 45 now. Needless to say, I’ve tried a lot of products.Yes, it makes your hair dry, all box color does. I just slather my head in conditioner while I rinse, then slather a good hair mask on, leave it, towel dry and wrap my head. Then I wrap my head and leave it overnight. The next day it’s feeling fine. So, that’s what I do, and it works for me. My hair soaks it up. Maybe it will work for you too!Bottom line, this stuff is cheap and effective. Hopefully there won’t be any long term side effects as I e see others post. I say give it a chance. So far 5/5.

Pensé que había encontrado el shampoo ideal para no maltratarme mi cabello y dejar de usar los tintes regulares. Y busqué un nuevo método de mantener mi cabello negro y me encontré este. me decidí comprar este shampoo con tinte ya que tenía muy buenas reseñas y muchas recomendaciones Pero realmente resultó ser una pesadilla haber tomado la decisión de probar este shampoo en mi cabello. Porque después de usarlo me empezó una picazón horrible.Al principio pensé que era normal porque tenia un poquito de caspa pero al ver que la picazón no era específicamente en la zona que tenía caspa, sino que en toda mi cabeza, me convencí que era este shampoo.A los días decidí probarlo nuevamente para terminar de convencerme que era este Shampoo la causa de mi picazón y resultó ser cierto. Porque volvió la misma picazón y aún más insoportable. 😖Así que mi recomendación es que si tienes un cuero cabelludo sencible mejor no lo uses.

I used another vendor the first time I tried this shampoo dye back in 2023. It worked well but it appeared to be jet black. After a couple of mishaps with ordering again, I decided to change vendors. I am glad that I did. Within five minutes I could already see the grey hair around my edges had turned black (see photo), but I waited the 15 minutes before shampooing it. I only have a little grey on my edges, and this took care of that quickly. I would recommend it, but make sure you follow the directions.
