We use it for both everyday use of seasoning but also for electrolytes. I put a little pinch into glasses of water for both myself and my 11 and 9 year olds. Natural electrolytes!

The actaul taste of this is amazing, I hate too much salt but on salads and pasta this actual adds flavour the mineral content is very beneficial to our mineral intake which in modern diets is minimal now. I have some at home and work.

This salt is the healthiest out of all world salts as it is naturally filtered and sun dried. Just a wee pinch of this greyish salt will provide all the sodium needed to allow proper vitamins to be absorbed on a cellular level and not just expelled out in water. Full of minerals a bonus.
