In my house hold, the date would never be reached. These teabags are the best :) but they are well within date and sealed in foil too!

I have never tried the quiet mind though I can see from the main pic of the teas, that the inner peace have Ashwaganda and the quiet mind has Rooibos so I think that’s the main difference, big taste wise might be the same
