Don't judge the book by its cover. The pillows are really comfy and exactly as expected! If you are looking for an upper back support pillow then this is the one for you.

It's feels good but the image is deviating. It shows two neck pillow but you will get one when you buy. So don't misunderstand. You won't get what you see.

Not stiff enough as expected, but yet comfortable. Expecting to lose the elasticity in a short while but till then I'll be enjoying it.

Received neck and lumper support instead of 2 neck pillows
Received the other items. After installation the neck pillow was OK still using it. Only after 1.5 months I looked at my orders in Amazon, and it turned out, that they delivered the wrong items. Instead of 2 neck support, they delivered 1 items, but neck pillow and lump pillow. Both are good, but I still need 2 more pillows. Please check upon receiving.

Not meeting the expectation
In fact I bought it because I am riding for long distances and I thought it will make me more comfortable but after 10 min I decide to remove it.
