lovely!
I wanted these to use as a clock. I was a bit worried about flaking bark at first so I painted the bark with slightly diluted PVA glue. That went clear when dry and seemed to toughen up the surround. The quality and finish is very good and really needed no sanding before use. Packaging was good too. No damage in transit.

Bought to go under my candle. Lovely wood. A little flakey round the edges where the bark is but to be expected I guess as its in its rawest state.
