Broken just under 3 months of buying
After just under 3 months, I’m not sure how long since I’ve had it but I’ve noticed a small tear in the back end of the dog 😔. Can see in the pics the hole is big enough to put a pen through. Bit disappointing. Would’ve bought more in the future but these problems prevent you from buying more. I’ve already purchased 3 different products in total from yourselves totalling £75-80.Isn’t there a warranty timeframe in place for the defect in the seams etc or the product as a whole? Surely it’s not just within the send back time frame in place?

Broken after 1 week
The product looked great and our daughter loved it; unfortunately, the arm got unstitched after 5 days - a refund would certainly be appropriate
