Got this for the ren fair. I'm a large and I ordered a large. Fits comfortable, the shirts a little baggy but I feel like that's the point. The pants are basically thin breathable sweat pants. Looks good and feels decent.

For reference, I'm about 5' 11" , approximately 145 IbsPretty awesome that this set comes with almost everything that you need to pull off a fairly convincing nordic/viking cosplay. The only thing that you really HAVE to add on to this would be some kind of footwear. I used this as my base layer and added a few accessories to dress it up and bring my entire costume together. Overall, this is a steal for the value of what you get. Granted, I have a few notes on the contents because it's not perfect.1. The shirt itself is really cool, probably my favorite aspect of the costume. I got the dark green version and it was very comfortable. One thing that was a bit confusing was the sizing. You can't select individual sizes for the shirt or the pants, they come as a set. So I got the mediums. I washed the items when they arrived and the shirt itself fits fine, but is almost a little too short. To me, a shirt of this style should be a little bit baggy. But it's fine. The material is pretty breathable as well, and having buttons on the sleeves to keep your sleeves rolled was a nice feature.2. The Pants remind me of a cross between joggers/thin pajama pants. They have an elastic band that you can cinch down. For me, the mediums were a bit too baggy. It felt like my shirt was a little too small and pants were a little too big, but the worked out fine. The cinch at the bottom of the legs for me didn't do too much since the pants were already a little too baggy. They have pockets, so that was convenient. Sometimes you never know if a costume will have pockets, but thankfully these did and they were rather large so you can fit your personal items in them.3. The gauntlets were fine, PU leather and looked pretty cool. They are very stiff and can be a bit uncomfortable shifting and spinning around on wrists. The color of the gauntlets themselves also did not match the color of the belt that came with this set, so that was odd. I actually used some brown shoe polish to darken them a little bit. I recommend at least trying the stretch and bend the gauntlets a little to get the stiffness out.4. The belt is extremely long! I'm a thin guy so it was extremely long. Again, PU leather, kind of cheap feeling. I liked the pattern on the belt just to add a bit of detail. Don't count on this lasting you a long time though, it feels rather cheap and just for looks but it's fine. Thankfully it's pretty easy to trim down if it happens to be too long.Overall : 3.8 out of 5, not perfect but great for a budget costume and a nice base layer that you can add different accessories and such to make it look even better.

Bought this for my boyfriend Everything is actually such good quality. 100% worth it! the gauntlets and belt feel like real leather. And the shirt almost feels like linen. The pants are nice as well, but the brown color feels a little artificial. But aside from that, very nice. :)

I am very happy with this purchase that gives you a good baseline of items to create a nice costume. Paired with a wool hooded cape and a few more trinkets to add some flavor I was looking like a real renaissance village person. One thing worth noting is that the two leather items the "Bracers & Belt" are of lower quality(Think of costume props).PROS:- Everything accounted for and in excellent condition- Material quality for the price point is good- These items are a good base for a potentially amazing costumeCONS:- Leather items are of low quality (because the cost of this set is low I would not consider this a big issue)- very breathable fabric, don't wear this on a cold night.

I purchased this for a Ren faire, and I did cheap out in terms of speed so I knew I wouldn't be getting super high quality. The shirt looks good and is comfortable, though on the 2x could have been a little longer, the belt is fine, and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality on the bracers. They're sturdy, smelled liked real leather, and weren't uncomfortable; some loose stitching here and there, so the construction could be better but all in all, pretty good.The pants however did not hold up, wearing them and walking around the fair for one day caused several holes to develop in the crotch that just got bigger through the day.Everyone was thin enough for Florida Ren faire weather so depending on where you're located that will be a plus.For the price, this would honestly be a 5 star review if not for the pants.

My husband normally wears an XL but I ordered the 2x. The shirt is perfect but the pants are a little too big. Thankfully the pants are adjustable and ended up looking good. Very breathable, not too thin.

We took parts of this costume for my husband to be a woodland elf for Halloween. I thought his costume turned out pretty great. I think it could also work for a pirate costume. I am a little unsure what this costume is supposed to be.The costume size was true to size. The material snd quality was decent and the price was reasonable.

got this for my boyfriend for a ren faire. he’s a skinny guy so we did size medium. it was a loose fit but that’s the vibe in the product picture as well. the material is soft and the leather cuffs are very soft and look and feel high quality. belt is very big so it should work for all sizes.

I was surprised at the quality of this costume. It was exactly what we needed for an event we were attending.

Ordered 1 week and a half before Halloween and received it 2 days after. The costume is okay but not worth the price
