DMX Controller, 192 Channel DMX 512 Light Controller DMX Console Stage Light Controller Panel Use for Editing Program of Stage Lighting Runing for DJ, Shows, Party, Christmas and Halloween

I already owned 18 LED PAR lights with DMX inputs, but I never used them with DMX before. I bought this and hooked it up using a YouTube tutorial, i.e. daisy-chained some short DMX cables, assigned DMX channels on the fixtures, and suddenly had direct control of color, brightness, strobe, etc. Used the chaser function for some cool effects. These dimmers used to be hundreds or thousands of dollars. Now its' a fraction of that and it works great. (I later got a wireless DMX kit with 3 receivers and all my longer cable runs were no more!)

Very good and easy to use controller for the price, it does all it says you can do with it! I see comments about how cheap it looks or the material isn't that great, you should've bought a more expensive controller then

Major learning curve. At least for me. I figured out the basics. Just need more time playing with it.

If you want to get started with dmx this is for you. Great price and easy to follow directions.

It’s got a steep learning curve, but it’s cool once you get going. Addressing need to be paid attention to. Also the amount of channels your device has may affect your setup. All in all pretty cool. Would have gotten 4 stars if the instructions that came were more than a 4x6” page with definitions and no explanations.

I ended up returning this because I found software that was a better fit for what I was doing. However, this thing worked well and was very easy to program my DMX lights.
