I love the freezer. It's a fantastic item. However, the company in charge of shipment was slow, unresponsive, and did not stick to the scheduled date for delivery. They had ample time to prepare and get the freezer there. I will not write a 1 star review, but DO NOT LET "CEVA" TOUCH your item. Very bad.

This freezer is exactly what we wanted. Delivery was quick with great service.

Doesn't work. 1 month out of warranty.

My shipping tracking was all over the place. When we unpacked the freezer it was dented and the wrong hardware was sent for the legs. I'm going to use the freezer anyway because the hassle of a return and waiting for a new. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I greatly dislike this freezer concerned about the quick buildup of frost. These pictures were taken just 3 weeks after initial use; I rarely opened freezer perhaps once every 2-3 days. Returning this is not an option even within the return time frame, as it only refunds in unopened unused condition. Would not recommend this appliance

terrible delivery, guy left the box laying on a side blocking my front door, box showed damages in one corner and the freezer bent inside. for the rest it works , testing now.

Utiisé pour légumes et fruits achetés congelés, poulet, dinde, poisson. La position 1 de 7 du contrôle de température est suffisante pour que tout soit bien congelé. Livraison faite par UPS. Aucune bosse ou égratignure. Léger.
