After having purchased foam mattress toppers of varying thicknesses and quality over the years, I am soooooo pleased with this purchase! This beats the environmentally destructive foam toppers in several ways....#1, it's almost entirely made of sustainable, natural materials. If it ever is thrown out, it will compost instead of stay in a landfill for years. It is mainly cotton and down. I'm additionally pleased that the down is of higher quality, so it doesn't poke out. There are also four elastic corner holders; not sure of the material composition of the elastics, but they appear to be natural rubber elastic.#2 Unlike the foam toppers, it doesn't overheat; yet, it also keeps you warm and cozy on chilly nights.#3 Comes with corner elastics attached. They seem to be attached very well, and all the seams are sewn evenly and tightly.#4 Obviously not treated with a bunch of chemicals. When I pulled it out of the packaging, I expected the sharp chemical smell of typically manufactured items. With the foam toppers, the smell lingers for days! However, this mattress topper had no nasty smell at all and was able to go right on the mattress. I'm in an RV, so this was a big deal!#5 No waiting for hours for the mattress to expand. With the foam toppers, the thicker the topper, the longer you have to wait after you've unboxed it for full expansion. With this topper, there was no waiting at all. I just fluffed it a little and put it right on my bed.#6 Much, much easier to move than the foam toppers! I can easily move this to vacuum my mattress and inspect the topper, and then put it back without much effort at all. Doing this monthly task with a foam topper was hard!I'm very, very happy with this purchase. ~THC

It's very good quality. Thick and looks good on the bed, but I was hoping it would provide more softer absorption to my firm mattress which it did not. Still a well built product if you need it.

I love the extra comfort this down topper gives! However, it's very hot, witch cause a slight oder. Unfortunately, I will not be able ti keep it long because of this!

Low quality

My sofa cushion was thinner and harder than expected so stuffed this in on top of the foam and voila a down-stuffed sofa on the cheap. Very comfortable for how it's being used but it's also being smooshed into a narrower space than if it were used on a bed.

Very good quality and just the right thickness to not sink in and disappear in it. It gives my mattress the right amount of softness on the top to alleviate my sore back. I put it underneath my gusseted mattress protector to keep everything in place and potential feathers from poking through. There was no bad smell when it came out of the packaging and it can be washed and dried just like any other feather/down product in your home washer/dryer (of course you need a good size washer/dryer depending on the size of your topper!). Thumbs up for this mattress topper!

I bought the twin size. I have trouble with back pain in the morning and this has really helped. It is small and easy to fluff up and since it is only on my side my husband doesn't have to sleep on it. It is like a full body pillow and I can mold it to my liking for support.

This is the third pad i have had. It just makes me more comfortable. The tempature stays consistant in bed and i am less pain than when i do not have one
