Works great but you probably need to cycle it to keep it effective. You should notice a difference in a few days.

I’d like to preface this review with the fact that I was very skeptical about this product when I purchased it. I’m a 29 year old male. Typically, they find it incredibly difficult to get out of bed in the morning. I took my first capsule mid day without food and will say I had a stomach cramp after about an hour. Didn’t notice anything during the day.The next morning, I had to get up at 4am. When I woke up, I hopped right out of bed and felt incredible! My mind feels so clear and I have so much energy! The effects are very noticeable. I feel more confident, less stressed, calmer, and my usual fatigue is completely gone! I wanted to immediately start working out when I woke up. That’s how great I felt. And that’s just after 1 capsule!Still debating if this is something I want to take every day. But this stuff is the real deal. And you can’t beat the price. I highly recommend giving this stuff a try!

Is it normal for these to be only about three quarters full?? A majority of the capsules in the container are not filled completely. Not really noticing any difference taking these for a few weeks now. Will try something else.
