VERY well made product... and VERY inexpensive compared to others

I've always wanted to buy a latter with 6 steps. I am able to change my light bulb, get to high spaces to get, and put things away.I love that it's foldable because it saves space, and it's so easy to open. The color is nice black, easy to wipe it clean. It's very nice. Easy to get on it and easy to come down. I feel extremely safe that it has the handle for safety, and the tray to place paint, my tools, or changing light bulbs. I know longer have to ask anyone to change my light bulbs, or to get something that's out of my reach.Most importantly, I purchased this item to help with painting my place, and because I recently had shoulder surgery for ( a rotator cuff and labral tear of the shoulder ) about 7 months ago. I am not able to lift heavy objects nor reach for up. This latter enables me to be independent. I highlight recommended buying this item for home or apartment.A purchase well deserved ❤️🪜💵👏

I am a 60 years-old woman and have high ceilings in our home. I needed something so I can easily dust my ceiling fan and other hard to reach places. This item is perfect. The side rails make it easy to get up and down the ladder without fear of falling. It is easy to fold and put away. Much lighter than the other ladders we have in our home. I needed something that would be easy for me to use and stow away when finished. This product fit the bill. My daughter loves using it when she is painting the walls and changing out light bulbs.

We use this ladder outside to get to where we feed our squirrels & birds. Easy to move, lightweight to be feel so sturdy. The handles make it safer for climbing with something in your hands. Thank you ❤❤

I love this ladder, it's safe

Unfortunately I will have to return this ladder because it is missing one small piece on the left side that the tool tray rests on. The screw was hanging out of the hole but the silver bolt/nut was missing. I can find no contact phone number for the company to call and ask that they mail me the part. I would much rather they send me the missing part than have to go through the hassle of returning it. The ladder seems nice and sturdy. The side rails are great but my son had to tighten them because although I had gotten them on there tight they were a little shakey.
