Found this very fun. I had no experience with felting, and they didn’t really provide any technique instructions, but it was still pretty easy. I may be purchasing a few more for my kids to complete! I wish they had other art kits!

This seem like a very good project that was different for the family to do my only challenge was dealing with the needles because the point was so fragile that they tended to break and even if you try to use the needle after it broke it was not as effective. Needed to buy extra needles to finish the project which wasn't the end of the world but it wasn't convenient. It came out looking great though and I would get these again.

I loved this little beginners kit, as someone who has NEVER felted before but has wanted to get into it and make things like felted animals. I FELT like it would be a good idea to start with something like this, before making anything 3D.Its incredibly relaxing, and almost no instructions are needed really. Its pretty straightforward what you need to do. The only thing that I wouldve liked more information on is how much felt im supposed to be using. its pretty vague, and removing wool is VERY tricky, so I wouldve liked to have known how much or how little was needed.You should start of with extremely thin strands, and gradually add more over time as you see fit. Less is more with this.Overall, this was a fun kick and was at least 8+ hours of fun if not more. Worth it! Cheaper than a LEGO set.

I really enjoyed this - there was more than enough roving included for me to do my project, and I love that it comes with a frame to display it in. Definitely recommend!

In a weird way I think Hokusai would be thrilled that his massed “Wave” is part of this felting kit. That said, the instructions had me a little lost since this was my very first time felting and my final product was a disaster. Most that failure is a skill issue on my part but I will say the instructions aren’t for a rank beginner like me. Don’t start your felting career with this kit.

This kit was a really fun intro to needle felting - something I’ve always wanted to try! The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The process itself is very relaxing and enjoyable with a beautiful end product to enjoy!

I enjoy crafts, but I have never felt 'crafty.' I had never done needle felting before but I wanted to try and this was the perfect way to do so.Kit includes EVERYTHING you need, including a frame to display your finished work in. There's a pad (so you don't poke yourself), three needles, various colored wool, and a printed canvas.The printed instructions which are included are not good for a beginner -- they are way too vague -- but the box included a QR code which led to a video that was perfect for beginners. Very thoughtful (but make sure the person you are gifting this to has a cell phone and knows how to use QR codes). Great gift for crafty or not so crafty people in your life.
