Great caps but the glue will burn your cat. Should be recalled
These are a softer rubber than other brands which makes it much easier to squeeze open the tip and add glue. I'm deducting a star for the glue though...... DO NOT USE IT. It will burn and hurt your cat and maybe even you. The caps are great, but buy the Soft Claws cold bonding glue (available separately) instead of this awful stuff. I had no idea why the cats were freaking out until I got some on my fingertip. Holy $^#&*.....

SAVE THE SOFAS!
I was tired of the massacre of furniture in my living room, so I finally did some googling about it. I had some of the same concerns as you probably have about these: will they be easy enough to apply, will they harm my purry little slasher villain, will I accidentally glue my hand to my forehead in the process, etc. Let me tell you, they worked great! Sissy looks purrfectly sassy, and my remaining furniture will live to see another day. I chose the medium size for my very small, 11 year old sadist. I wrapped her in a towel up to her armpits to purrvent too much squirming and because she looked super cute in her lil “dress”, and I clipped off just the pokey part of her talons. Then I filled each nail one-by-one with the glue and slid them on. Sissy frowned at me for a total of around 7.31 minutes while I did all of this, and then I let her free! She tried to bite off the thumbs at first, but I distracted her with a juicy bowl of expensive furniture shreds with gravy and she quickly forgot about her new peticure. Now I only need to figure out how to unglue my hand from my forehead.

Best We've Tried So Far! Get it!
Pictured is Luna, our rambunctious angel. She was an affectionate playful stray when we met her and has stayed that way coming into the home. She's about 3 years and 6lbs, just petite. We chose not to declaw, and have bounced between different caps and trimming to no avail. The problem with other caps is that within the hour 1/3 would be off and by the next morning we'd be lucky for half to be on. Trimming for her only works for about 3 days, after that she's resharpened them into dangerous daggers but are still too small for us to safely trim! We're amazed they lasted the night. If you have a small cat who isn't a kitten, the size is just fine. I'd also like to note that other glitter caps are pricey, this is a great bundle if you're looking for bright colors.--Update: TWO DAYS. NO CAP LOSS. NO SCRATCHES. IS THIS REAL LIFE? Buy this bundle if you've had issues with other caps I don't know what sorcery this is but they are all still on.--Almost Three Week Update: She got ONE off, the rest still remain. We are unscratched, and she doesn't seem to even notice them anymore. We will only be buying this kit from here on out. Beyond impressed!!!

I wasn't so sure about these but my cat let me put them on with no issues. They have stayed in place for 2 weeks now and they are saving my furniture and my skin !!!*** Remember..as the nail grows and your cat continues to try to sharpen it's claws the tips may poke through.

Working out well for me!
Had to trim my size medium just a tiny bit for my one year old cat, but wasn’t any extra trouble. I think the smalls would have been too small. My new kitty likes to pull at the rugs and I was going to attempt to do these myself but didn’t have the confidence after measuring just the size. When I had my physical appointment today I asked if that was something my vet would do and they were super helpful. It took him maybe 10 minutes to get accustomed to his new claws but he wasn’t angry afterwards and was really easy to distract him with treats afterwards. Doesn’t seem to be showing any signs of potentially biting them off. Will update if anything changes but it doesn’t look like it will.

Freaking adorable!
My seven month old kittens like to claw up everything, including my new bed and curtains. Well, I just got a new couch and I knew it was time to do something about their claws. I'm against declawing and clipping only helps a tiny bit, so these have been the perfect alternative. So far they've only been on their nails for two days but they're amazing. They're only on the front claws as that's the claws that do the most scratching. And they're so cute! It takes maybe ten minutes to put them on. The only downside is the glue will stick to everything if the kitty doesn't allow you to put the cap on immediately. But that's okay. I love them.

Love!
I feel like this isn’t being rated appropriately. It seems that people are giving this a bad rating bc of their cat not wanting their paws touched and not the actual product.I honestly thought it was gonna be insanely hard to do but you just squeeze a little glue into the nail cap and it literally just slides onto their nail.. my kitty has had them on for a week now and they’re still holding up well! I can tell her nails are starting to grow but not a single one has come off.If your kitty will let you touch their paws then this is an awesome product. :) and super easy to put on!

DANGEROUS! Damaged our cats foot!
5 weeks later: The cap made my cats nail grow downward into her pad and cut her pad open and made her bleed. We had to cut the nail out of her pad- luckily she didn’t get an infection or the seller would have gotten a vet bill! These are dangerous! Don’t use them!!!!!1 month later: caps have fallen off even though plenty of glue was used. Furniture has been destroyed. Not to keen on trying them again. Cats work them off as they claw so this seems pointless. Should have just declawed them instead. Not long lasting at all like the name brand.Original review: The Small ran big, my cats are 8 and 9lb persians and I think they really needed XS so I cannot say you can trust their size chart. The pink application tips they provided don’t stay on the glue and falls off as you are trying to use it. If you pinch the caps the opposite direction and only cut the bareminimum off the top of the glue—it will fit into the cap to fill without the applicator tips. Loved the color selection, and the caps appear to be good quality. This is day one so we will see how well they hold up. I took a star off for the incorrect sizing and the lousy applicator tip. If you order a size smaller than the chart recommends and cut the glue as small as poss you’ll be golden. Cats do not seem disturbed by the caps.
