We wanted a system with a solid boundary wire that wouldn’t break. Check. We wanted collars that could handle a bold husky and a timid spaniel. Check. And importantly, we didn’t want to chase our pups around the neighborhood anymore. Big check. Love this dog fence.

This product malfunctioned and burned my dogs neck very badly. I had not even got the fence installed yet and was just using the remote. My fiancée went to bed and I had just gotten home from work and the dog was laying there motionless and would not move. I thought it was odd because he is a very hyper dog. I got me some food which usually triggers him to be begging near my feet immediately. He never even came into the next room. So now I was worried something was wrong with him because he has never acted this way. Well I decided to take him potty so I checked to see if the coller was on with the beep option and it didn’t make a noise. I reached to grab it off him and got blood on my hands with a terrible smell to follow. Instantly I realized that this devices had malfunctioned and causes burns all around his neck and he had been immobilized from constantly being shocked. I don’t recommended this product at all if you don’t wanna kill you k9 best friend. Biggest waste off money as now I will rack up hundreds of dollars in vet bills.

I'm blown away by this company's customer service. I had several questions about how to set this up, some follow up questions after starting to use it, then had to call because our dog chewed up the collar, and then about a missing part to the collar that had come off after we'd had this product for a year. Every time I was treated like I was a valued friend and given all the time I needed to get questions answered. Also when needing the new parts the company just sent them out happily for free! It can be a little tricky to figure out initially, but once you do this product is easy to forget about and does it's job. I highly recommend the product and even more highly recommend the company.

Previously we had a cheaper fence and had nothing but trouble but this product and company have been awesome. Our Husky and Lab are both happy to have the yard back. Very happy family.

Multiple issues.1. Boundary wire that cane with the start up kit was so thin I couldn’t trust it to hold up.2. Boundary was impossible to control. Distance would vary without cause.3. Even toned down the shock would make my dig yelp and would take him hours to calm. He is a very easy natured dog.4. The online store offers a LIFETIME warranty, but only if you respond within 90 days of purchase. Is that really lifetime????5. Unable to contact customer service easily.6. They had to replace the original unit. Out of the box, due to broken wire clips.I really wish UNLIMITED WARRANTY really meant it. I want my money back.

Easy to install into our existing fence wire and simply to operate. Really high quality collar that feels like it will last forever.Had a little issue with the collar after a couple years but customer service was amazing and had a fix within a few days.

I installed the Sit Boo Boo underground fence last year and was quite pleased with the system as it FINALLY kept Houdini Jr. and Houdini Sr. in the yard for the first time. Unfortunately, in May of this year we had a very severe thunderstorm roll through and my daughter-in-law said she saw a flash outside even though there was no thunder or lightning at the time.It was an electrical surge from the storm and it blew the underground fence system. I tested the components with a volt meter (adapter and transmitter) and concluded they were fried. Not seeing the components individually for sale on the Sit Boo Boo website, I proceeded to buy another transmitter on eBay and an adapter on a musical instrumentation website. None of it worked. So I contacted Sit Boo Boo on Facebook Messenger and they responded right away. A few things we tried did not work out and quite quickly they mailed (expedited at their cost even though my warranty had expired) me a brand new adapter and transmitter that got the system going. All of it was at their cost simply to help me keep my animals in the yard.I can't say enough good things about the Sit Boo Boo hardware and especially their customer service team. Outstanding!
