These look real from a distance. I placed them on my deck to block the view of my neighbor’s junky garage. They are plastic, so far are not discoloring after 3 hot dry full sun months. The only negative is the little “leaves” fly off in heavy winds. Every time we have a storm, I find a handful of them on the ground. So far I’ve put them in a bucket and when I have time I’ll hot glue them on. They will snap back on to the branch with some effort and patience.When you receive the tree it will be very compact. I set mine in the sun for several hours to soften up before spreading the branches. It took a number of tries to get just right. Also you will need a very heavy 10 inch pot minimum sized pot with rocks to keep them stable. I liked them so much I bought several more.

We are entering the 3rd summer using these outside and they still look pretty good. Great investment compared to replacing live trees in containers every season. Highly recommend.

These are great little trees that look very realistic unless you look up close. The little pots they come in are not enough to support them, so just plan on getting bigger pots to put them in. We put them in pots and covered them up with gravel. This makes it so they’re very stable and have never fallen over, even in strong winds. Plus, the bigger pots just look much better.We have had these a few months so far. I can’t speak for sun fading as they’re never in direct sun.They’re easy to assemble. I recommend wearing gloves while fluffing them as it’s easy to get scratched up.They do have a fairly strong plastic smell that gets better with time. Being outside, that wasn’t a problem. It may be problematic if they’re kept indoors.Overall, I am very happy with my trees. They add a lot to the front of our house and make it appear more like welcoming.I will update if I have any problems with them.

These are garbage. First, I ordered (4) and got (2) of one style and (2) of another. I should have returned at that point. I kept them and brought them to our vaca home To “plant” in planters.When I took them out of the boxes they just kept “shedding”. Every branch I touched lost multiple “leaves.” It continues every time I touch it. If the wind blows more greenery falls off. Would not recommend at all.

I’ll give “getting what was ordered” 1 star, “Overall quality” a 3, and “customer service” 5 stars. Here are the whys behind these ratings: I ordered 2 one-piece trees. The packing slip said one-piece, yet the product was a 2-piece that had to be fit together. I figured I’d try it out anyway and “planted” the two trees. The quality was fairly good. The overall width is closer to 18 inches once fluffed out than to the advertised 24 inches. The main trunk is wrapped with what looks like a glossy wire, so if you get close and/or don’t try to hide the trunk with the branches (which limits the amount of fluffing out you can do) then the artificiality of the tree is more obvious. From a distance of 10 feet the tree looks pretty natural; on closer inspection it looks like the plastic it is. Note: be careful when fluffing ou the branches as the leave will come off in your hands and are impossible to put back on. I called customer service at Silk Tree Warehouse, and was very pleased with their service. The first-level person passed me on to a gentleman who explained their process for selecting trees from different suppliers and offered to swap out my trees for the one-piece variety, but since I had already “Planted” them, and fluffed them out, I felt it was too much of a hassle to ship them back. Note - if planting in a windy location, bury the pot in rocks so the trees stay straight.

You have to get pretty close to notice these are fake. I got tired of watering real plants, so I went this route. I have them in full sun, I hope they don’t fade too quickly. As cheesy as it sounds, I’m thinking I’ll try spray painting them if / when they fade too much! As other reviewer‘s have mentioned, the end tips come off pretty easily when you are attempting to fluff out the shrubs. Don’t tug on the end tips like you might when fluffing out a faux Christmas tree. Get your fingers to the inner part of the branches, where it is much stronger and work every section out from there. I must’ve pulled off at least 50 tips, and trying to find where they were originally attached is like trying to find a needle in a haystack! But, that being said, I think the shrubs still look very lush! My pots have 95% dirt / natural rocks and the top 2 inches is diamond shaped fire glass that I also purchased from Amazon and can also give 5 stars to & highly recommend. Soooo pretty!!
