Missing jumper to have audio on right side
The U174 is a mono plug and the 6-pin is a stereo plug, there's missing a jumper btw pins 3&4, so after claimed 2 adaptors on warranty there's never audio on the right side

I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the $60 Bose branded adapter to go along with my A20 headset, and this one fit the bill.It works as expected. Note you'll need to stick a couple AA batteries in the headset for it to get power though.

Only Mono, no stereo sound
Connection is solid, but you will only get left audio as it is a mono plug. Read other reviews and you will hear the same. wish i paid more attention.
