Best thing to dust icing sugar on to baked goods
Saw Nigella using it on TV. I bake a lot, especially Began Reccarielli biscuits for my daughter. This wand is excellent for dusting them, no more icing sugar all over place.

Great for dusting biscuits, small cakes and madeleines with icing sugar. Bought January 2016 and I bake two or three times a week so it's seen a lot of use. Better than using a small sieve.Once I've loaded the spoon (wand), I twist the handle to close it very slowly at first, to make sure that the part I'm turning is the correct way up, otherwise I'd end up just dropping the whole lot back into the bowl.It's quick and easy to wash by hand, but I've also dishwashered it successfully (but upper basket only).

GREAT DUSTER
Lovely piece of kit to have in the kitchen, I know there are other ways to sprinkle icing sugar etc, but this does the job so much better! Maybe an extravagance, but why not! Would recommend.

You don't need it but you do!
I got it for dusting the sugar on top of the cake but ended up using it all the time, mainly to flour the countertop for kneeding the dough. It's just making life a bit easier in small things and although it's not a necessity ( especially for this price) it is handy and reduces the mess I'm making each time I'm baking something.

Really good for targeted sugar dusting
Very easy to use and an innovative addition to my baking kit. When dusting icing sugar over scones etc it's much easier to avoid the cloud of sugar when using even the smallest sieve. Recommended

Easy to use
I used this to lightly flour a cutting board while making pretzel hamburger buns. It was great; made a evenly dusted area of flour. Easy to clean.

Excellent - way less mess than I usually make
I love this little wand. I bake quite a few bread varieties and this little wand is perfect for my needs. I wish I had found it years ago. Looks like it will have a long and happy life with me.
