This wench stop works great. Easy to install. It has kept me from winding my bench in to far. I recommend putting this on a bench cable to keep from over winding causing bench cable to bind.

I will say that it gets the job done for under $10. I was looking for blue and they had blue so that was a win for me.The reason it lost a star was because in my opinion it’s not rubber! There is no give what so ever which was a little disappointing.I will say definitely good enough for $10 and I will use it until it breaks which it may not.
