This laminator is great value. I have been using it to seal paper and children's artwork. It is simple to use, heats up quickly, and handles both hot and cold laminating.. I'm happy with with the quality and performance and I highly recommended for anyone needing some quick laminating.

This isn't the first laminator that I've used, but it is the first one that I've owned, and I gotta say, it's a wonderful tool if you need it. So many times in the past, I've wanted to laminate something, and couldn't do it, so I went crazy, and started laminating all the things I wanted to do. I only use it for the hot laminating feature, and it works great on both 3 and 5 mil laminating sheets.The paper cutter is minimal, and I feel they should have included a better one. Also, the corner rounder tool is low quality, and will cut more than just the corner, if you're not paying attention, but it's nice to have uniformly rounded corners, once you get the hang of it.The feed motor is rather slow, and I turned away and found that it didn't come out of the machine cleanly on it's own, leaving a funky bend in that end. So, I just run it through the laminating machine again, but this time paying attention to lay it flat as soon as it's finished heating. I've also discovered, that if you get little "dents" in the laminating sheets, they'll come out normal once it's heated up.So far this laminating machine has worked great, and it will laminate "giant" A3 sized sheets too. I can definitely recommend this Muifa lamination machine.

I wanted a low cost lamination solution for occasional use, for me this is a perfect kit. I got the laminator, straight cutter, round edge clipper, and starter pack of lamination pouches. I also ordered outside of this some .5mm 4x6 pouches for my needs as I figured what was include was .3mm. Wasted a few pouches testing if the unit worked, and it does but it's not flawless. Notice several areas in my sampling where it didn't fully seal with noticeable air gaps away from the item within the pouch and air gap around the item in the pouch as well where it's most noticeable on thicker items (photos for example). Think it's normal to see some air gap around the items but the unit I use at work obviously works better as I see less of that issue with using it.The product works fairly well when considering the investment, so 4 stars for home use... office use would be a 2. Rated so low on office use as I can't imagine this thing holding up for a teacher for example. The heat unit works fairly well, not great. The included cutter is so so, don't expect it to hold up for a long term - make sure you press down as you run it across the plastic. The corner cutter works but not impressive, key with it... just place the corner only into the cutter- other wise the cut results are bad. The included .3mm laminate material easily jams and curls somewhat. The test with the .5mm 4x6 sleeves I purchased separately worked much better, sharing that because you might need to look at .5mm film if you have feed issues.Summary: Infrequent use- product is great and value is there. The frequent user needs to look elsewhere.

This is a great laminate machine. It seals the paper well and professionally. This is a great machine for a great value.

I have only used the laminator on the heat setting and my experience has been great. The Trimmer is handy for items that are smaller than the film pack.

This laminator is a must have for office spaces and home organizers. I'm able to laminate important documents and business cards with ease now with this excellent laminator. It is easy to set up and start using following the included instructions. I would highly recommend this device to anyone who has a home office or likes to keep things organized.

My daughter asked if we could get a laminator since she wanted to laminate several things for school. The machine works at a decent speed and does well laminating. I have used it to laminate a few items at a time and we are laminating full sheets of paper that my daughter prints out of pictures she draws.

I am using this laminator to create large posters to hang up outside. Using 5mil laminating pouches and copy paper, I had no issues running it through the machine and was very happy with the results.This laminator is simple to use - your options are off, hot, cold, and reverse (for paper jams).When you set it to hot, it takes about 2-3 min to heat up and be ready for use. Cold laminating works right away, since nothing needs to heat up.The only issue I had was when using 3mil pouches with copy paper. Most of my sheets came out just fine, but for some reason, sometimes the pouch would jam but the rollers would keep going. And then I wouldn't notice until it punches out the other end in an accordion style. I don't recommend this laminator for 3mil pouches. 5 mil was no problem though!FYI - I tried laminating 2 sticker sheets in one laminating pouch, and although it all pulled through no problem (!), I didn't like the end result. The ink will heat up and cause the sheet to "sweat" - so if you're thinking of using it for that, try it... but it might not work.

It's a laminator and it does what it is supposed to do and does extremely well.We bought this as we were looking to downsize the box of school work our kid brings home. She is 5 and does lots of drawing, colouring and painting in school. We want to keep some of it for her so when she gets older she will be able to see how much her stuff has changed and grew over the years.The laminators speed is pretty decent but of course can always be faster but this is nothing to complain about. It does get warm but not too hot that you can't touch it. We laminated about 50 pieces the first day we got it and we did not have one jam; everything went very smooth.I purchased another pack of pouches, 5mil, I believe it comes with 3mil, and I would definitely go back to the 3mil that came with the unit itself. 5mil pouches don't seem to "lock" the piece into place as much as the 3mil. Other than that, this is a wonderful unit at a great price.

Handy laminator. Great price. Takes about 2 minutes to warm up and be ready to go. The extra lamination sheets it came with was a bonus as well. Used it steadily for a couple months and it hasn't let me down yet.I've used 3mil and 5mil thick laminator paper in it, and laminated paper documents as well as photos.

Facile à utiliser et très efficace. J’aime le fait que les pochettes sont inclus dans la boîte de la plastifieuse thermique, ça évite de faire un autre dépense.

I have been using it for several weeks and I think that in terms of quality and price it is very good. So far I have no complaints. I recommend it.
