Safety issue.
Hook telescopes okay, but 2nd stage is quite resistant to extending or closing. May loosen a bit with time?There is a safety issue, however, with the fact that the safety cap, when positioned as shown, doesn't reach the very sharp tip. The connector to the handle is simply too short. Poor component quality control.
