Q: Hello, i have men crocs and the size 9m/11w is printed on it. what size do i need to order? (men)

IMHO, all answers are wrong. Maybe someone has given a correct answer AFTER I've written this! Many of the Crocs I've purchased are stamped in US sizing and show M? W? To tell if they are US or UK sizing, if you have the format I just mentioned, the US will be M(x) W(x+2), whereas UK will be M(x) W(x+1), where x is the size marked on the sole. So, if you have M9 W11, they are US sizings which equate to a UK size of M8 W9. No wonder this world is upside-down! They can't even get a handle on shoe sizings - or bra sizes, I hear too (I'm a man that doesn't wear bras, but saw a programme on TV about it - yeah, I need to get a life!), their sizing is so, so wrong! Anyway, I digress! If your old shoe is M9 W11, then it's a US sizing marking, so you purchase in UK sizing and equate to your NORMAL shoe size (since Crocs are pretty true to size), which means you'll be getting either a unisex M8 W9 or just M8!

Q: Do I order 1 size down to my normal shoe size?

Hello Farhana, I would say order your normal shoe size as Crocs are a comfort shoe and need to be a little bit loose at best or you will not experience the light and free feeling associated with Crocs. Kind regards Jenny @ Arnouts
