Not so sure it grew my hair. But it did give me strong nails like never before. I did get baby hairs . Unfortunately they fell out when I washed my hair. I am 76 tho. My hormones are definitely messed up. So it might work better on you. I took Collagen as well. It's not bad. I felt like my hair was thicker on one side. But then I don't know.
