Great Value
I have used Daniel Smith, M.Graham (my favorite), White Knights, Winsor Newton, Turner, Van ect. They are all great with their difference mainly being on fluidity. However, they are considerably more costly than Arteza. Arteza is similar to Turner in terms of fluidity, it is slightly like gouache. But with that said, the colors rich and mixe very well. I useArteza colors as my practice palette without hurting the pocket. Definitely worth it, particularly the 12 color set.

Good set of tubed paints
I have been painting for a few years and bought this to make a limited palette and do a limited palette painting challenge. If you are going to put these in half pans and allow them to dry to make a custom palette, definitely add a few drops of glycerin or a drop of honey in each pan and mix it into the paint to prevent cracking. That did the trick for me and I had no problem with them drying and staying in place. It also made them creamier when re wetting them. While these are not student quality, the color pickup is actually really nice. I would definitely recommend these if you are going to use them wet or if you are going to take the extra step before putting them in pans. The price is definitely great and you can paint for years with these without feeling like it’s breaking the bank.

Beautiful colors
I am a novice watercolor person. Not very good at it but am learning. These paints are great, bright and beautiful and easy to work with. I am thrilled with the results so far. The colors definitely exceed my abilities in every way! I will buy these again - probably look for a set with more colors though. Hopefully Amazon will have a set from this vendor with a larger pallet. Still for learning or even a pro these paints are great.

great value for price!
The paints work very well and the colors were true to description. Served well for teaching seniors beginning painting skills. Thank you for a quality product for a reasonable price.

Great set of paints!
I bout these for my 9 year old for remote learning art class projects. This set comes with a nice variety of colors that can be layered and applied as heavy or lightly as you please. They keep messes to a minimum and very easy to use! I am very pleased with this paint set, and would definitely buy it again!

Basic watercolor paint set
Range of colors in the set. Need palette to use. Colors are dense and cover well. Better than beginner solid paint cups. They dry and harden in palette but are easily renewed with water.
