Use more than recommended
I liked the price and the message from the seller. That being said, the smell was horrible and I’m nor sure if the high crystalline appearance meant it was off? I do think 1g is under dosed for the purported benefits suggested. Didn’t notice much of a difference energy wise or recovery wise as I do with creatine. However two different supplements, but I’ve used other forms of carnitine, this form just didn’t do me any justice. Smell was rancid, taste was sour, definitely mixable and drinkable.

This stuff has a medicine taste no matter how you try to hide it we put it in with fruit punches lemonade and also chocolate drink as well as vanilla did not hide the taste it is strong for the little scoop we are undecided on how it could help in our opinion
