Great book!
My favorite aspect of this book is the philosophical content that is paired with each section. It’s always great to learn the science of how things work, but when the information is made personal to your own experience, it really hits home.

Really unique way to present the relationship between mind and body. There is so much going on within the body of an active individual, and this book illustrates the information in an eloquent, and engaging way.

Very insightful
Very insightful. There is so much going on within the brain of a being who is regularly active, and the author of this book explains the science in an inspiring, and comprehensible way.
