Love the seat and arm cushioning and color of the chair.
A 68.5 year old woman with rheumatoid arthritis can put this together with the enclosed tool and all the parts were sectioned off in a blister pack and ATTACHED BY A CORD to the inside of the box so it would be really hard to not have everything you need because great attention was taken to deliver everything along with instructions in a well padded oversized super sturdy box that weighs 39.68 pounds.Getting the box into the house from the bottom of my 6 porch stairs and one more stair into the house was the most difficult part of the assembly project. The box is very big with no grab points.TIP: many are not seeing the bottom of the seat is marked FRONT and they are putting the metal square thing facing the wrong direction and the seat is evidently not level and short in length if you do that. so follow the directions to a T.Placing the back to the seat ideally requires 2 people. I could not line things up and place the screws and hold the back in position at the same time and with help it was much easier.I find the chair to be perfect for myself. I do not intend to lean back much if at all. I'm 5'5" and I could see how those who do not intend to sit upright or leaning into their desk with their work might not like this one. I find the chair super sturdy and comfortable.(My husband tells me many desk chairs he's dealt with at work do not require near as much assembly and are much more pre-installed at the seat bottom and base.) I don't regret getting the chair, it was a great price point.

Nice chair, but missing true flip-back arm rests!
First of all, this is a very nice chair, BUT it is too small....and needs a wider seat. The leather-like surface is comfortable. Putting it together was very easy, but it was missing a couple screws. It felt pretty sturdy and the adjustments were easy to use. But, my biggest complaint has to do with the flip-up-and down arm rests. They do NOT go all the way back and I found myself bumping the backs of my arms and shoulders into the armrests as they stuck out in the back..... THEY NEED to fold ALL THE WAY BACK. Had they done that, I would have kept the chair. I considered taking the arms rests off altogether...but that would have made the chair look bad in the office. So, I am on the hunt for a new chair after returning this. IT SEEMS, that I see a VERY LARGE PERCENTAGE Of these Chines-made chairs having the same issue with the arms rest no longer going ALL the way back. Gotta fix that folks.....

Very comfortable, sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. But how do you get it to tilt backwards?
Was really easy to put together with the instructions. Very well written. Only took me about a half an hour. It is very aesthetically pleasing, very sturdy very comfortable. It doesn’t give me as much lumbar support as I thought it would, but it gives you some. What I can’t figure out is how to get it to tilt backwards, I have tried everything and it does not work. Does anyone have any suggestions?
