These work great. I own 3 pairs personally and gifted a coworker a pair as well and they love them. We both work in a warehouse and are on our feet fully for the shift. They work so well that I've added the insoles to both pairs of my boots and a pair or my tall sneakers that I was having trouble finding comfortable for long periods. Instantly remedied. Will be buying more in the future. They definitely go on sale pretty often, so try to snag them then.
