Not very durable
As expected. I have been using this product for years and it does break quite easily, developing holes and tears from fairly gentle use. It also starts to stick to itself badly so you have to keep putting talcum powder on it regularly. If you need to do exercises that involve tying the band in a knot, don't get this product, you will quickly destroy it.It's a shame that in all these years they have not been able to make the material more durable.
