Unusually GRITTY
Hate to write a negative review, but this brand compared to another brand I usually use...this brand has tiny “nut-shell-like” bits in the flour, feels like sand in my mouth, and the bits are large enough for me to have to “spit out”. I even tried grinding it in a mill- but I still couldn’t get rid of the noticeably grittiness . I hope Jen foods will remedy this, because I know this is a good company, that I would like to support.

This is not finely ground.
This is very roughly ground. I like Tiger nut flour for baking grain free, but this had large chunks that had to be sifted out.
