Amazing quality and range
My 30 month old has been fascinated with whales since he heard “the snail and the whale” for the first time. We bought his first whales from schleich about June last year and they are great. My son’s love of whales has continued to grow so we wanted to get a few more species but "schleich” was too expensive (and Papo even more) . Then I found this humpback by collectA that looked really good and was really reasonably priced so we got that and it did not disappoint! It’s really well made and realistic and my son was sooo happy! We have since acquired most whales fromCollectA ( gray , bowhead, beaked, sperm, beluga, pilot and Ganges river dolphin ) and they are all great though the baleen whales are my son’s favourite. My son does everything with them, they sleep with him, they are by his side when he eats, and at bath time , the absolute best part of the day! He takes them everywhere, apart from nursery . They remain in great shape while the "schleich “ have been loosing some of the coloured rubber ( I don’t mind this as it actually makes them look liked aged cetaceans but might be an important factor for some people). Next will be a minke and the narwhal !

Beautiful Representation of a Humpback Whale
My son is 4 and very specific about what constitutes a true representation of a given species and what characteristics don't. I'm happy to say this stood up to standards! It really is beautiful! And my son just loves it! It really does look like a Humpback Whale and I couldn't be more thrilled with it!

Exactly what I wanted
My grandson is autistic and has a fascination with animals. His latest is all things aquatic, especially whales. He knows when toys/models are not accurate and poor quality!!! He loves this so shows it is both accurate and well made

Hump Back Whale
Beautifully made waiting for my little grandson to play. unfortunately, in the crisis of the Coro a virus this may take some time, but convinced he will love it. Until then the hump back whale will remain sleeping in his new bed!
