Helps with fibromyalgia a little. Gives me a little bit of a better sleep.

Bought this because of its high reviews. I had previously take 5Htp before but in doses of 200mg and that had been helpful for my mood and sleep. I thought what the hell I will give this high dose product a go.Three days later I was a changed person. Instead of being able to get out of bed, I was up and showered and dressed and doing chores first thing in the morning. I found myself taking more self care, being brighter at work and able to see solutions much easier. So I will definitely continue to purchase this product and would recommend it to anyone who has trouble getting a good night sleep.I would say that you need to take it with food.
