I'm am experienced Chinese herbs user
Along with food therapy I am successfully treating spleen yang deficiency. I'm currently taking the recommended dose of 5 tabs 3x a day. I'm not quite finished with my first bottle and am having significant results. I already have a 2nd bottle to finish treatment. This product is very reasonably priced and works.

Better than energy drinks
I take this herb when I feel tired. Works better than energy drinks and helps me stay energetic. Tablets can get stuck together at room temperature. It's better to keep it refrigerated.

WORKS FOR ME
I had read that the herb Bu Zong Yi, along with the herb Ashwagandha is an affective combination for enabling better sleep and surprisingly rejuvenating hair growth, in areas where your hair has significantly thinned. As the title says, "WORKS FO ME."

Does the job!
I bought a more expensive brand when I first started using this herbal blend a d those work well but I wanted to see if a cheaper brand worked since I'm on a fixed income now. These work just as good as the $28 ones I was taking and they're easier to swallow than the other large capsules. They dissolve fast too. I think these are going to be my new supplements.

Not for me.
I have a background in Chinese medicine and also finally resumed getting acupuncture done after several years (pandemic, etc), and purchased this formula per the suggestion of the acupuncturist I'm currently seeing. I already knew of this formula but had never taken it, and when they suggested it, I didn't think it was quite the right formula for me even though I was dealing with Spleen Qi Deficiency, but after some time, I thought I'd try it out anyway--big mistake. This formula has the blood building herb Dang Gui in it. Dang Gui is promoted as a female tonic and in my opinion, is a pretty potent herb and should be taken judiciously, especially in cases where women are dealing with hormone imbalances (though most sources will say it balances out hormones, etc). Anyway, I had a bad reaction to this formula (presumably from the Dang Gui), and discontinued taking it and started feeling better (less agitated, etc).
