Ok so it may look like a medieval device and is a bit weird, but it’s useful for stretching and decompressing your neck. Just make sure you use it gently! It really feels so good after using it and the pressure I feel all the time in my head and neck has definitely gotten better. It’s kind of strange to set it up but once you get it up it’s easy to use. It’s definitely good that it comes with instructions, though lol. It is made out of a soft, breathable material so it isn’t uncomfortable and it’s also pretty easy to adjust the strap. It’s also washable, which is always nice.

the over-the-door option feels awkward, plus the strap length/s make it hard to use unless you're sitting on a tiny stool.i put mine on a bracket, removed the ball section, took my time in figuring out how to strap it on comfortably (higher on chin doesn't squeeze your neck as much), and use an adjustable-height stool to sit in to allow me to lower myself a little more once i have it on snugly.knocking on wood - this thing is kicking the occipital neuralgia i have had to the curb! so much less pain!

It pulled my head back instead of up so I have to position myself differently to get any results. After trial and error I found a position for myself and the head harness that worked for me.

Love this device if you use it right. Grade it very slowly on and very very very slowly off. It can cause a lot of damage and discomfort if you don’t.
