Q: How big is the gap between the panel to the floor? I want to use this to stop cats from getting into a room.

It’s probably about a 2 inch gap.

Q: Does it reduce noise?

I use it for giving me some privacy in my office space but I don’t think it reduces noise much at all.

Q: Is there anyway to purchase the bottom part that the screen fits into?

Mine came with the bottom part.

Q: Can you share the fire resistance rating of the fabric?

Sorry I am not sure, I returned it due to how poor quality it was. The poles are garbage and don't stay tight and its not sturdy at all. Not worth the money
