So this machine came well packed. I would say that I am worried about the hoppers being all plastic and custom made, they would be the weakest part of the entire build. I was running mine outside in about 80 degree ambient, in the shade and it worked pretty well. You have to have the sugar correct for anything to slush. Cleaning the machine is a pain, but thats true for any machine like this. You must lube all the mating surfaces and the dispenser area with valve. You tend to waste a lot of product since you have to fill it at least 4 liters. The product does not come out with much force once you get below 4 liters. Having adjustable speed of the mixing auger and adjustable setpoint on the cooling should make this a reliable way to make different things. I am not sure what the difference in modes actually does. There are no lights on the top part which was disappointing. I was able to make dole whip in this machine and I think it may make soft serve ice cream, but the texture will be more icy and not smooth.Only real downside is you end up wasting a lot of product, unless you have a place where you know you can use it all. Adding more mix, will take time to slush up, so not a continuous feed thing. Make sure you give the machine 2-3 hours to get everything chilled and slushed before you want to drink.

This is adorable... but the functionality is a little sketchy. The only setting that really seems to freeze is the ice cream setting... and the directions are really lacking in any explanation.

It was broken

It appears that the manual supplied is for a different model. Not that big of deal on such a simple machine. At first the machine did not work at all. NO POWER to the unit. Being handy, it didn’t take long to figure out the the power cord was not plugged into the machine correctly from the factory. “China”

Didn’t even last. Broke down immediately, with front panel going no power almost from the jump. Don’t buy this trash.

We bought it for residential use. The unit was very easy to set up and tear down to clean. However, actual use had to be done through trial and error. The touch pad works great, but temp is Celsius with no option for Fahrenheit. You have to figure out at what temp to set the machine to for a good slush. Overall, I would buy again.

It’s the real deal. If you want a real slushee machine with slushees that you would get from a convenience store, this is it. We tested it with Coke Zero slushees - 2, 2 liter bottles and it was awesome. Added some Malibu rum and it was even better. Can’t wait to make dole whip this weekend and soft serve ice cream. Making stuff on ice cream mode works fast and we had slushees in just over an hour. I can’t wait to use the heck out of this in the summer. Be patient cleaning amd patient with yourself making sure parts are lubricated correctly. It’s worth the effort amd it will amaze your party guests and family.

I received my machine and the lids were cracked.
