This is among the lowest priced reel around, and the quality reflects that, but it fit my need. I just needed a decent cheap reel for an extendable fishing pole for those little walks to the town pond. This does the job overall, it's not the smoothest reeling in, but everything you need is covered, and you don't need to worry about banging it around.

It broke after two uses but was able to put back together. Will keep it but use as a back up or kids reel.
