BALLARINI Parma by HENCKELS 12-inch Nonstick Fry Pan, Made in Italy, Durable and Easy to clean

We love our Ballarini pans!! We have this larger fry pan, as well as the stir fry pan.If you follow the directions that come with the pans, they should last a long time!Never use metal cooking utensils on any nonstick surface. That should be common sense. They will scratch the pan.Do not overheat these pans. The pans heat very well, meaning the cooktop temp really only needs to go to about 4.5 to cook your food thoroughly. There is an indicator on the handle of the pan that will turn red once the pan is hot.Oil is not needed, although I do often add evoo just to flavor my meals. Never use Pam or any kind of fake cooking spray on a non-sick pan. It will burn and build up a yellowish coating onto your non-stick surface making it non-stick.Clean up is simple! Allow the pan to cool down (never put a hot pan in cold water - it will warp the pan), then simply add a little dish soap and warm water and swish with a paper towel or soft dish rag.Store your pans by themselves (never stack, as that could scratch the pans) or hang them up, if you have a rack. We hang all of our pots and pans on beams with hooks, in our pantry.Also, Ballarini does have a limited time warranty. Make sure to register your pans!

I never write reviews but wanted to for this great cookware. I purchased a 2nd skillet after the identical item I purchased in 2018 just wore out! Even cooking, great size and weight!

Works very well as expected. Love how the product tells you when it is hot and when it is cool. Product is non stick and great quality making cooking a breeze and easy cleanup with little to no scrubbing.

These are great pans. We have three of them. They hold up very well

Been using for a month and it does everything ell. Cleaning is so easy. Sometimes I just give it a wipe down with a paper towel. Dishwasher safe though is a plus if i need to fill the dishwasher. Highly recommended

These are quite literally the best cookware I've ever owned. We have a whole set, but my daughter ruined one of them, so I had to replace it. I didn't hesitate to get the same brand ND was thrilled to know I can get them individually.

This is my second time purchasing this frypan because I like it so well. Even over time the nonstick feature holds up and food doesn't stick.

This pan so far has been amazing!! Has outlasted all other pans we have purchased by far!!
