Yumflan Fine Tooth Stainless Steel Flea Comb for Dogs & Cats

I purchased these fine-tooth stainless steel flea combs for my 4-month-old kitten, and I am extremely happy with how well they work. These are simple, but they do exactly what they are supposed to do. The teeth on the comb are fine enough to catch fleas while you’re combing through your cat’s fur. I was able to carefully comb through my kitten’s coat and actually remove fleas, which is exactly what I purchased this for. What I really like about these is that there aren’t any complicated instructions or anything fancy about them. You simply comb through your cat’s fur, and the fine teeth do the work. The stainless steel construction also makes the comb feel sturdy and well-made rather than flimsy or cheaply made. If your cat has fleas, I highly recommend using a flea comb along with whatever flea-control method you are using. For me, the comb was especially helpful because I could physically see what I was removing from my kitten’s fur. One tip I would definitely recommend is giving your cat a flea bath first using a cat-safe flea shampoo or soap of your choice, then following up with the flea comb. The bath can help make the process easier, and the comb allows you to go through the fur afterward and remove any remaining fleas and debris. Of course, be gentle when combing, especially if you have a young kitten. Take your time and make sure you’re getting down close to the skin without pulling or hurting them. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. It is inexpensive, simple to use, sturdy, and most importantly, it actually works. If you’re looking for a basic flea comb that does what it is supposed to do, I absolutely recommend these. Five stars from me!

I have never used a flea comb before, but I didn't want to use insecticides or flea colors or anything chemical like that on my animal. So I bought this flea comb and started using it. I saw that the comb did take off small, little fleas from around the neck and around the tail. I was very happy about this. I use it daily, it always gets at least one or more and it also apparently Combs out the fleas eggs?, little black dots. Yes, I'm very happy with this flea comb, I use it gently and slowly through the hair. I don't use it like some sort of a brush or some heavy duty item, but it works just fine. It is comfortable in the hand with a good rubber grip and the animal doesn't seem to mind, in fact, she may look forward to it. I'm sure happier to not have to use chemicals. I do recommend.

This is a well made versatile flea comb for my double-coated German Shepherd. The rubber handle makes handling the comb a breeze. The teeth are nicely spaced smoothly ensuring that anything from any fleas or small dirt pieces easily come out. Hair removal is efficient. The teeth ends are not sharp, ensuring not cutting into your dog’s skin when combing. The comb glides smoothly across the coat after first carefully straightening out the undercoat from tangling by first employing short strokes. The price for this comb is great. Highly recommended!

Works great. I used on my small dog and I was able to remove all signs of fleas easily. Nice grip so you have control of the comb at all times. Can also be used while grooming to ensure no tangles or matting.

This Comb works well for thick patches of hair, though not much for smaller patches. The handle appears to be durable enough for combing, although I've only used it for light combing, not a lot of hair. The color is fine, no complaints about that. I do like that the handle is somewhat ergonomic, with some added texture for better handling. Overall, for the price listed, it's not a bad choice when looking for something a bit cheap.

Great comb for fine airy and fluffy type of cat coats, I had lot or trouble finding right comb for my cat. He has very fine soft coat. Using other combs makes his skin irritated. This is very gentle comb and not pointed. I first use on my scalp to test haha. It catches all lose hair and helps with deshedding. He also has hair ball issue. I recomment this one alone, dont use other products no need to experiment. This photo is after comb.

Didn't know what to expect, especially with it being so cheap, but it does a great job. I've never had a pet with fleas so this is all new to me. I thought the ends of the brush would be sharp or uncomfortable, but my cats seem to tolerate it pretty well, especially considering they have flea allergy dermatitis and have been fairly sensitive to being touched in some places. I think they actually enjoy the relief it gives and think of it a little bit like getting their back scratched. I'm definitely seeing it pick up lots of fleas and all the gross stuff that comes with it. Wish I had gotten it sooner.

The fine stainless-steel teeth are close together and make it easy to comb through my pet’s fur while checking for fleas, dirt, and other debris. The stainless-steel construction feels durable and much sturdier than some of the inexpensive plastic combs I’ve tried. The teeth are fine enough to be effective without feeling overly rough when used carefully. It’s also easy to clean after use, which is a big plus. The compact size makes it convenient to keep with my pet-grooming supplies and use whenever needed. For such a simple product, I’m impressed with the quality and effectiveness. Great little grooming tool, excellent value, and definitely worth having for any dog or cat owner!
