The media could not be loaded.  This maytress topper is super squishy. It's a very nice upgrade to an old mattress. The foam is soft but resilient. It's pretty breathable and confortable to sleep on.I do wish it had come with a cover. As it came, it's just the bare foam. I feel like it would last longer if it had a zipper cover over it where it lays on the box spring.

We've been using this foam mattress topper now for about 3 months. We're using it on a bed in a guest house on top of a standard spring mattress. So far, all our guests have said the bed is comfortable to sleep on.When I personally slept on this foam topper, at first I thought it felt very comfortable and easy to sleep on. I prefer a firm mattress, so after several nights, I found that it is just a bit too soft for me. This is just a personal preference.The foam topper does not make you overly hot when sleeping on it like some other foam toppers do, so everyone has appreciated that. Just a note - we do use cooling mattress protectors, so that may also contribute to this foam topper not sleeping 'hot'.So far, the foam pad has stayed put on top of the mattress without sliding around. If this pad had a cover with straps, that would help ensure it stays in place.The mattress pads and sheets we use still fit the mattress over this foam pad, but you'll want to make sure your mattress pads and sheets are deep enough to accommodate this extra height to the mattress.The topper is made well and the foam holds up well. But I do wish it would have had its own cover. A cover would definitely help protect this investment and is the reason for 4-stars versus 5.Overall, this is a comfortable mattress topper from a trusted brand, and I do recommend it.

We bought a new Beautyrest mattress in March that refuses to break in even though it is a plush pillow top. We bought this topper a month ago thinking it would help. It is horrible. Not only does it sink and not go back into shape, but it is starting to rip apart. Every time I change the sheets, I see more and more rips in the foam. I am only a couple days past the one month return window for Amazon and I am now out over $200. Avoid this product and brand!

I thought that mattress toppers were supposed to make beds more comfortable to sleep on but I find that this one is really hard and not soft or comfortable at all, which is surprising because its memory foam. if you like a hard surface than this is good, but if not, then i wouldnt get it

I am not too particular about the 'firmness' of my mattress, but I know the difference between waking up with a stiff back and jumping out of bed refreshed. I recognize that this will be different depending on your individual level of heat, but this topper does seem to soak up some heat and radiate it back up. This is an absolutely fantastic mattress topper! High quality, thick, foam - heavy enough to actually retain its shape and be supportive. It's the perfect balance of medium firm support and squishy comfort. It has the perfect amount of "give," so your curves can sink in a bit, and the surrounding foam can rise up to support the rest of your body. If you have a curvy lower half and lower back pain, this is perfect! Also great for side sleepers and shoulder issues. It had little odor, which dissipated quickly when left to unfurl and air out for a day. Definitely recommend!

Actually, I guess I should clarify that by saying that it improves how I feel after I sleep. I've never had an issue going to sleep or staying asleep - but I used to have pain at certain pressure points when I would sleep in different positions. This has dramatically increased the comfort - I'm not aware of any pressure points. I noticed the description mentions cooling, but I didn't order the topper for that purpose. I already have a "cooling cover" that I used over my mattress so now I just put it over my topper so I can't speak as to the coolness of the topper itself. It does what I wanted it to do so I'm pleased.
