Excellent quality easy to use
I don't know why one review says cheap quality because these poles are made of very good quality material. They are strong and very light. I use them for Nordic walking and I have got excellent results from this kind of walking.

Don’t compromise on gear
Don’t buy even though they are cheaply priced and that’s you get a very cheap quality product.it will be of no use on even an easy hike.I returned it as soon as I opened the package.I would request Amazon as well as the seller not to list these cheaply made products as they might deceive a first time hiker.But yes the refund was received promptly
