Its Vitamin C
I've no idea how to tell if it is working. My doc said add vitamin C to my meds and I have. i take so many other immune system supporters I've no clue if its the one making a difference or Zinc or Quercetin for that matter. The capsules are a bit on the large size and once in awhile a bit on the hardside to swallow. That could be me just being in a hurry too. Compared to the pills my wife takes these are gigantic but this is what the doc wants me to use, capsules not pills.The product was shipped quick and secure.

Great quality product

These pills while larger than average still go down as easy as one allows. Bright orange 🍊 which is pretty cool and no silica, mag, etc.. I take vitamin C and really every supplement based on zero additive and bang for buck. VC is vital if you are around groups of people at close range. Get yer guard up any way you can…And Hydrate!

I’ve been told in order to absorbe the collagen that I’m taking, I need to take some vitamin C. Since this one is liposomal it’s a plus!
