UPDATE: Changing review from 1* to 5* based on VERY responsive customer service from the seller and manufacturer of this chair, even on the weekend. Seems very sturdy, by far the sturdiest directors chair that I’ve ever sat on in my entire life. If there should be any issue with the chair once it arrives, the seller and manufacturer stand behind their product.

This chair is a game changer. I'm am pushing 400 pounds and my hips are wide so the normal butterfly type chairs are too narrow and front arm supports dig into my thighs. This chair is wide enough there's room for a blanket. It's high enough to get up from and the arm rests are sturdy. It's light enough and folds nicely doesn't feel like it's going to give under my weight. ... Love it!! Go order one you will be happy...

This chair fabric torn at the seams. I did originally purchased it for me since I am a large woman but when I first sat in it, I felt like it would not hold me long, so I got out after about 5 minutes. I was going to return it but my husband who is only about 210lbs said that he likes it so we kept it. He doesn't use it alot but here is the tear on the seam. I am hoping to find the customer service to see if they will warranty it. If they do, I will change my rating but for right now I say just 1 star. It is comfortable.

A bit heavy if you have to carry. Wish it had wheels

This oversized director chair is a very good product. It is sturdy and strong. The little fold out shelf on its right side is large enough for a drink and a midesize plate, or a pad. The storage "pocket" on the left side of the chair is the one weak point of the product. It's held on with velcro falls off almost every time to chair was used. i just leave it off now.Once folded it is heavier than other camp chairs I own, and is a little more difficult to carry, but it is well worth the extra effort.

I bought 1 of these for my husband to try who is a large man. He struggles with finding camping options that last under his weight. The width, height, and sturdiness of this chair does an amazing job. I ordered 2 more for our front and back patio for him as well. If you need something sturdy I would highly recommend these chairs.

This chair is my favorite and most comfortable chair I have owned! It’s tall and extra wide for my big booty! I can fold it myself without help and it’s very easy! the price was not to bad either! The chairs itself is perfect for overweight people and is also very cute! It is is my favorite chair!!

Cool design. Construction of fabric seats is inexcusable . $70.00 a chair... bought 4 of them in May. They stayed in the boxes until mid June. Got them out for a family gathering .Heaviest person was about 180 lb.(chairs rated to 400#) Less than a month of use and 3 of the 4 chairs have pulled stiches in the seats and the fabric is tearing away. Horrible quality of workmanship . DO NOT waste money. You are better off to buy crap from a dollar store. Colegence ....what is up with this ? One month ? I thought I was spending my money on a quality product. I was mistaken. I will be glad to share my mistake with anyone I meet.
