These are medium quality, which at this price point is very reasonable. They are probably not dishwasher safe, as they seem to have a fairly high carbon content, even though the description says "stainless". The higher the carbon content in the steel, the more likely they will show rust or discoloration if not properly cared for. The trade-off is that high carbon steel knives hold an edge longer. These were so sharp out of the box that I gouged the storage block twice putting them away. I keep my knives razor sharp (even the table knives), and I haven't had to sharpen these yet, after a month of heavy use. They are full tang, meaning the blade goes all the way down through the handle. The handles appear to be some sort of composite, which should be more durable than the wood handled ones we are replacing. The grips are well shaped to be comfortable to hold, and they are weighty enough to control well when carving up a steak. If you want dishwasher safe, I'd probably keep looking. But if you want a strong steak knife that holds its edge, give these a try.

These are very sharp and solid knives. They do need to be hand washed as they get rust spots in the dishwasher. But, hand washing keeps them sharper anyway. Overall very happy with the value for the price.

I like these knives so far. They are nice and sharp out of the box. I've also had great luck washing them in the dishwasher without them rusting.

Love these knives! We wanted non-serated and these check the box. They are holding up well; I always handwash my steak knives. They come in a nice box and would make a great gift. I'd definitely recommend these!

Nice looking and very sharp

I was having a large family dinner and planned to have steaks. I wanted something that wasn’t super expensive and would arrive quickly. I was very impressed when they arrived. They are very well made and have a great weight to them. They also cut the steaks like butter. They ended up being nicer than the high end knives I already had. Great purchase!

They are already getting rust spots on them, German stainless steal my booty. Stainless steal doesn't rust at all. This is. Yes they are pretty and nicely designed, but there's no way the teal is is good, it has to be cheap Chinese steal, I now give them 1 stars. Update10/9/24 All my knives are rusted, they all have rust spots and one giant rust spot on one. They are nothing but cheap crap Chinese BS steal. NOT WORTH A DIME for all 6.
