Q: How does it switch from shower head to handheld?

Hello, thank you for your question! Upon installation, you will have to install the 3-way diverter on the shower pipe. To switch between modes, you may simply adjust the knob on the 3-way diverter into rain shower mode, dual mode, or hand-held mode. The hand-held is also equipped with a "pause water controller" to simplify switching between dual mode and rain shower mode. Q: Can you remove hose bracket and move it to another spot?

Hello! Thank you for your question. The hose bracket (Handheld showerhead holder bracket) is stick to the wall with a glue based material. Unfortunately, if you remove the bracket and re-stick it unto another location, it will greatly reduced its gripping efficacy.
