Good product and nice service
I’ve been using the Cuzor Mini UPS PRO 12V Router UPS for over a year now, and I’m really impressed with how well it has held up. Even after so many months, it still gives me solid backup during power cuts without any drop in performance.Setup was super easy, and once connected, I almost forgot it was there — it just quietly does its job every time the power goes out. The backup easily lasts for hours, which has been a lifesaver for work-from-home and streaming without interruptions. The build feels sturdy, compact enough not to take up space, and most importantly, it’s reliable. Honestly, it’s one of those devices you buy once and stop worrying about, which makes it totally worth the money.

I’ve been using the Cuzor Mini UPS for my Wi-Fi router for about a month now, and it works perfectly. The backup kicks in instantly during power cuts, keeping my internet connection stable without interruptions. So far, I haven’t faced any issues, but it’s reassuring to know that their customer service is excellent—very responsive and quick to resolve any concerns. A reliable and handy device for anyone who experiences frequent power cuts. Highly recommended!

Long term review: Operating conditions impact longevity in unexpected way.
Have had three of these in two different locations. Two, bought in March 2023, for a mesh setup in one apartment where power outages are rare. These are now unusable - they no longer retain charge - after having performed well when needed. And the other, bought in January 2022, hooked up to the Jio Fiber router in another house where powercuts are significantly more frequent. This one continues to work flawlessly. In both these locations, main power backup comes on in under 2 to 5 minutes typically, and only in rare cases, such as maintenance or natural calamity, main/backup power takes longer to be restored. In both locations, these have performed admirably well and as advertised. They are reliable tertiary power source for uninterrupted WiFi.Yet, the longevity of the product appears to be inversely affected by how frequently they are in 'actual' use. As described, it would appear, more frequent the power supply interruption (thus given a chance to discharge its battery) the longer they last. This may seem counter-intuitive, but I guess science often is. Unless, of course, the later batch was also of inferior quality. So, if you're in the market for this specific product (or something similar), to make them last longer, consider manually letting it discharge its battery, in case you don't get too many power cuts in your locality. Or, consider getting an equivalent product marketed under the R******e brand (I have no reason to explicitly call out another brand in this review), of which I've had one for five years now that continuous to function fuss-free in the same usage condition that rendered two of my Cuzors useless.

Excellent Compact Router UPS with Great After Sales Service
I’ve tried various WiFi router UPS devices, but most lose their backup capacity over time. However, after using the Cuzor Mini UPS Pro for nearly a year, I’m thoroughly impressed. It consistently delivers an outstanding 7-8 hours of uninterrupted WiFi during power outages, ensuring seamless connectivity. When I encountered a minor issue after a year, Cuzor’s customer service team was exceptional—promptly replacing the unit within 24 hours with swift delivery and hassle-free collection of the old device. Kudos to Cuzor for their reliable, high-quality product and top-notch after-sales support. I highly recommend the Cuzor Mini UPS Pro for its robust performance and excellent customer care.

Easy to use and works good
I’m very happy with this mini UPS. The quality is good, and it does exactly what I needed it to do. When the power goes out, it switches over instantly. There's no lag at all, so my Wi-Fi stays on without any interruption.I specifically got this for my Airtel Airfiber (the Nokia version), and it works perfectly. It should be fine for any standard router, too.One very important thing to know before you buy: make sure your router or device needs a 12V 3A power input. I read about a user whose UPS failed, and when I asked the company about it, they told me it was because the person used it with a device that needed more power. So, definitely check your device's adapter before you order!Other than that, it’s a great, lightweight, and easy-to-use product. I’d definitely recommend it.
