Works well for what I bought them to do. I had a bedside commode and these worked perfectly to cover the uncovered rods. They are sturdy, durable and have many uses!

These have got to be made out of the thinest foam I've ever seen. What a waiste of money. I'll just cut my own put of the foam that I have. It's what I should have done from the get go.

I saw the other questionable reviews, and I thought, "eh, they should still help clean up some corners". And, true, they do do that.Read the dimensions very carefully though. I believe what they did is take a product photo from a smaller tube, probably the same part sized for 1/2" pipe. They then overlay the dimensions for this version, which is sized for 1" pipe. I suspect, that the outer diameter of insulation is identical on these two products. Meaning, that for a 1" diameter pipe the insulation wall is very thin.Assuming this size is actually correct for your pipe, it would probably be fine - But you would be better off just cutting 45 degree angles in your standard, thicker tube insulation and forming your own corner. If you have very tight access and can't use a thicker wall insulation anyway, then these are probably great for you.

Makes insulating elbows easy. My only complaint with these is I wish they were slit the other way, it’s shown in the ad for them so I can’t really complain. They work fine the way they are.

These elbows are not as depicted in the pictures. They are made of very thin insulation material. They are shipped flat and does not expand back to the round shape needed to surround a right angle pipeline.The opening on the outer side corner makes the mid-shaped insulation buckle and fails to completely encircle the pipe.Heed the other bad reviews and don’t get lured by the low price.

These foam elbows are a waste of money. The slit is on the outside edge of the ELL, compared to better quality insulation with slits inside.They are not for 1” - more like 1/2 to 3/4 (3/8).Could not wrap these 1” around a pvc 3/4” pipe.Tears easily. Threw them away in disgust and will buy brand name.

Very thin insulation and oversized for 3/4" pipe.
