Useless.Air blows under and behind it because of the 20 cm length of the support. The air blows also through the holes in all directions

Return process not simple
The quality of the item is not the greatest.. but is decent. But it didn't fit our vents, which means i have to return the item! BUT! apparently i have to ship this on my own.. the merchant or amazon wouldn't get it picked.. which is so inconvenient and defeats the purpose of online shopping and convenience!
