Villa ManodoriBalsamic Vinegar, 1 Bottle (8.5 Fl Oz)

We have been tired of purchasing balsamic vinegar and then finding it was very thin and lacking in flavor. We purchased this 2 based on recommendations in other reviews and indeed it was great! This vinegar is thick and full of sweet flavor. Great to use on a caprese salad or any other application where you need the flavor and constancy to stand out rather than disappear. This is our 6th bottle over the years and would definitely recommend the purchase. It is not the cheapest vinegar out on the market but the value for the product is fantastic.

Have now ordered this multiple times, excellent quality always. This balsamic option offers the clingy, tangy thickness, superior to varieties normally available in the US. This is certainly not the same as $300 6oz. bottles of Carlo Giusti from Italy, but they offer appropriate added quality for the added cost.

I use this primarily on salads, on which I put only olive oil and this balsamic vinegar (use decent olive oil to complement this delicious vinegar). Very expensive, which encourages sparing use, but the flavor is robust. A great gift. It always arrives quickly and beautifully and protectively packaged.

I've never had balsamic vinegar like this. There are so really great ones out there, but this stuff is legit the best balsamic I've ever tasted in my life. Silky, concentrated, not overly acidic. Absolutely delicious. Well worth the money.
